What is FASTACheckout?

Credit to pay for your online purchases at participating retailers.

How does FASTACheckout work?

Select the FASTA payment option on a participating online merchants' website.

Adjust the sliders to choose how you want to pay for your purchase.

Choose how much deposit you would like to pay.

Choose how much you would like to borrow from FASTA.

Choose over how many months you would like to repay your loan.

The costs of the loan will be displayed to you automatically helping you to choose an option that is most affordable for you.

The application process will guide you, making it clear what information we require to make a credit decision.

If approved, we will pay the full cash value of your purchase (Deposit + Loan amount) to the merchant directly.

How do I apply? 

You must:

  • Have a valid South African ID Number

  • Be 19 years or older

  • Earn a minimum monthly net salary of R6000 for the last 3 months

  • Have a valid bank account in your name

  • Have a valid email address and mobile number

How to I contact FASTA?

Our Customer Support Team is available via the self-service Customer Support Portal.

Go to our website www.fasta.co.za and select ‘Customer support’ to raise a ticket for your query.

 

We will respond to your query within 4 (four) business hours.

Monday to Friday 08h00 - 18h00

Saturdays               08h00 - 12h00

Sunday and Public Holidays - Closed
